	`SALAME DOLCE`

	`With this dessert you can taste the sweet pleasure of chocolate through a new and intrigant dress. Salame dolce is cooked throughout Italy with some variations related to local products. Our recipe is based on the specialty of Langhe, accompanying to chocolate nuts and dry biscuits. We want enhance the aesthetic appearance through the preparation, so we wrap the sweet in a string like a sausage and then we slice it on a wooden plank.`
