BRASATO AL BAROLO
Pot roast is the second most popular Piedmontese dish, where Barolo wine and beef give life to an explosion of flavours. This dish is very tasty: the old traditions reserved it for special occasions, and still today you can feel the atmosphere of celebrations.
The process is very laborious, like a ritual: we start by marinate the meat, dipped in Barolo wine with vegetables and spices that give life to sauce. This marinating gives to meat an unmistakable taste exalted then by cooking.
